In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We think it fit for his Majesty's Service that while the Fleet is in Port the Men should sometimes be furnished with fresh Provisions, the better for preserving their health.
We direct you to give orders to the Victualling Commissioners that while the Fleet is in Port, viz; the Downs, Spithead or Tor Bay, the Men should be victualled with fresh Provisions twice a week, or as often as it may be done. You are also to cause Lieutenant Langrish to be paid the Wages due to him as Lieutenenant of the TIGER hired Ship.
