I am directed by the Admiralty Commissioners to inform you that upon reading your letter of today's date, about the importing of such Foreign Commodities needed by the Navy, their Lordships have resolved to lay a Memorial concerning that matter before the King tomorrow morning. They will desire he consider this on Wednesday morning when the Treasury Ministers attend him, and in the meantime the Admiralty Commissioners desire that if you have anything more to lay before the Treasury about this matter you will do it before Wednesday afternoon, so that his Majesty may then have the whole matter before him.
