In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to give Orders to the Victualling Commissioners that they immediately give an Account to Sir George Rooke, Admiral and C-in-C of his Majesty's Fleet for the present Expedition, what number of Victualling Ships are now in the Downs, and what quantity of Provisions are on board each of them, so he may dispose of them to the Fleet.
A proper Person should be appointed, if there is not one already, for the regular issuing of the Provisions.
