Captain Pollard, who is appointed to command the SAINT MALO Prize, hired at Bideford to serve as a fifth Rate, has engaged himself to procure one hundred Men. The Admiralty Commissioners have directed you to cause an exact Muster to be taken of this Ship, and to inform them what number of Men are actually on board her. They also direct that another Master is sent to the DUNWICH in the Downs.
