In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The RUBY Prize has been ordered to lie at the Buoy of the Nore as a Storeship for the reception of pressed Men, and also such Ships' Men ordered into Port to refit. We direct you to cause this ship to be fitted for that service, and that no more than one hundred Men are to be borne on her as formerly ordered, and to victual her from time to time when needed. You are also to furnish her with two Tenders for procuring Men.
