The season for providing these Stores is far advanced and we direct you to take care for procuring Hemp, Tar, Pitch, Masts, Plank, Canvas and other Foreign Commodities in a manner you judge proper, letting us know what measures you are taking, and concerning the Tallys you are to apply to the Treasury Lords for all possible redress.
