Sir George Rooke, who has arrived with his Squadron in the Downs, has informed the Admiralty Commissioners that there are several supernumerary Anchors, Cables and other Stores on board the Squadron, and they have commanded me to direct you to consider and give your opinion as to where these may be most properly be taken onshore and lodged.
