I am directed by the Admiralty Commissioners to send you the enclosed extract of a letter from Captain Cross of the DOVER, in which he complains of several Cleats being left fast to the bottom of the Ship. I am further to inform you that the Service requiring Captain Cross should go to Sea without any delay, directions are sent to him accordingly.
