The EXPRESS advice boat and the WREN pink have been ordered to cruise between Beachy and the Ness, the HIND pink and BRILLIANT sloop between the Ness and the South Foreland, and the MESSENGER advice boat between the two Forelands for intercepting [prowlers]. You are directed to have them cleaned once a month during their continuance on this service.
