The owners of the RUSSELL galley and the MARY sloop have tendered these vessels to proceed as advice boats to Jamaica. You are to treat with these gentlemen for the vessels to proceed in ballast only to Jamaica, there to be discharged. You are likewise to treat with Mr Henry, Master of a small sloop.
