John Sinclare, late Boatswain of the SCARBOROUGH is to be appointed Boatswain of the ST PAUL fireship in place of the former removed to the SCARBOROUGH. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 14 November 1696.
