In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Anthony Merriton, Boatswain of the ST PAUL fireship, is to be appointed Boatswain of the SCARBOROUGH in place of the former removed to the ST PAUL. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 14 November 1696.
