Peter Tisdell, late Boatswain of the ESSEX, is to be appointed Boatswain of the REVENGE a new 2nd Rate building at Chatham. You are directed to enter him accordingly with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 18 November 1696.
