In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
John Baulsh, late Carpenter of the OXFORD, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the ESSEX in place of the former removed to the new 2nd Rate building at Woolwich. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 19 November 1696.
