Your letter of 23 November about convoy for the MUSCOVIA MERCHANT and provisions for the NONSUCH, has been communicated to their Lordships. Orders have been sent to the Chief Flag at Spithead to order the first man-of-war outward bound to convoy the MUSCOVIA MERCHANT to the Nore, and the NONSUCH at Leith will be ordered to the Buoy of the Nore at the first opportunity of wind and weather.
