In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Your letter of 26 November enclosed an extract of one from the Commissioners of the Victualling, wherein they state that without a speedy supply of money, they will not be able to provide victuals for His Majesty's ships. You are directed to send a copy of their letter to the Treasurer of the Navy in order that he may solicit the Lords of the Treasury for money.
