In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
David Kilpatrick, late Surgeon of the DUNWICH, informs us that the Masters of Surgeons Hall have denied him a warrant for the ASSURANCE. You are directed to have the present Surgeon discharged and David Kilpatrick entered as Surgeon in his place, so that he is present when Captain Smith's trial comes on. You are also directed to have the Surgeon of the EDGAR turned over to the LENOX, notwithstanding there may be a Surgeon already appointed to the LENOX.
