Thomas Legg, Gunner of the EDGAR, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the NAMUR a new 2nd Rate building at Woolwich. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 30 November 1696.
