In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Samuel Winslow and James Rogers were sent up to town to give evidence against John Murphey, who was lately condemned. They were ordered to enter themselves on board one of His Majesty's ships as they cannot at present repair on board the ANGLESEY to which they belonged. You are directed that as soon as you shall receive a certificate from the commander of any ship they enter themselves, you are to pay each of them 10 shillings and to give orders that they be discharged from the ANGLESEY at the time they enter themselves on board any other ship.
