In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
John Royston, Gunner of the RESTORATION, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the ASSOCIATION a 2nd Rate building at Portsmouth as soon as she is ready to receive him. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 24 November 1696.
