William Chappell, formerly Purser of the RESOLUTION, is to be appointed Purser of the REVENGE the new 2nd Rate building at Chatham. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 13 November 1696.
