In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Having ordered the BREDAH to Portsmouth, and the CHESTER to Plymouth, we direct you upon their arrival at those places to cause them to be cleaned and refitted there for a voyage to the West Indies, and furnished with eight months Provisions each of proper species for such a voyage for their middle complement of Men, to which you are to cause her present complement to be reduced.
