We direct you to cause all HM Ships now in Ordinary, as well as the Men of War, Fireships, Bomb Vessels and others that want repairs, and may be useful for next Summer's service, to be refitted and put into a condition for the Sea as fast as the other pressing Works for the Navy will allow.
