In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Board having resolved that all HM Ships which are bound on Foreign Convoys (excepting those designed for Virginia and the Canaries) shall be paid to Michaelmas 95, before they proceed on their voyages, which will be the last of this month, and the said Convoys being ordered to the Downs to rendezvous, we direct you to cause them to be paid to that time accordingly with all possible dispatch.
