It being intended that two Marine Regiments shall be recruited forthwith, we herewith send to you the Accounts which we have received from the Colonels of the said Regiments concerning their effective Men, and direct you to examine these and give an account to this Board as soon as possible how far it agrees with the Account you have received from the said Soldiers from the Musters sent to your Office.
