The MONCK having received damage in her late cruise, and being ordered to the Buoy of the Nore, we direct you to cause a Survey to be taken of her upon her arrival there, and give us an account of her defects, together with your opinion where it will be best to have her repaired, and how long it will take to put her in a condition for the Sea again.
