In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Vice Admiral Mitchell has informed us by his letter of August 30th last that the Brigantine SWIFT was thought to be lost in a storm on the 17th August.
We direct you to cause her Commander, Officers and Company to be paid the Wages due to them to the 17th August, the Brigantine and her Company having not been heard of since.
