We direct you immediately on receipt of this to give Orders to the Victualling Commissioners that if the three Victualling Vessels they loaded in the River have not sailed yet to the Nore, that they hasten them without the loss of a moment's time, we having ordered their being convoyed from there to Portsmouth.
