In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Understanding by a letter from Captain Arris, Commander of the CHARLES Galley, that she is in need of Provisions, a Copy of which is enclosed, we direct you to cause her to be supplied accordingly, and you are to give Orders that all HM Ships bound on Foreign voyages be supplied with Provisions from time to time as they are expended, so that when they sail they have the full proportion of Provisions ordered for their respective voyages.
