I inform you that that the Admiralty Commissioners have ordered Captain Munden to send a Frigate with Mr Gould's Hemp Ship from Sheerness to the Downs, and that Orders are lodged in the Downs for her being convoyed from there to Portsmouth.
In case the Victualling Commissioners have any Vessels that are now ready in the River, or at the Nore, they may take the opportunity of this Convoy.
