The Admiralty Commissioners have received a Paper giving an account of some abuses committed in the making of HM Cables, and they have commanded me to send you the enclosed Copy of this Paper, and they direct you to make a strict enquiry into this matter. In case you have occasion to make use of this informant, upon your signification of this, he will either be directed to attend you, or you will be informed where he lives.
