In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Mr Peter Southwick, Collector of HM Customers at Lyme Regis, has sent a Receipt for eleven shillings that he disbursed for Travelling Charges to Gardner Brookes, Quarter Master of the PENDENNIS, and ten more Seamen, left behind the Ship with her Pinnace at Plymouth.
He asks for this Sum to be paid to the Commissioner of HM Customs, and we are enclosing the said Receipt and direct you to pay this to the Commissioner accordingly.
