In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Your letter to this Board of the 11th inst; informed us that there are Frames at Deptford, Chatham and Portsmouth for six Ships of the 5th and 6th Rates, viz; three of each sort, which may be set up and built in four or five months time, if the other services will admit, in case we would have them taken in hand.
On consideration we direct you to cause the said Ships to be set up and built accordingly as soon as other services admit, with the Ships to be of the same dimensions as the new 5th and 6th Rates last ordered to be built.
