In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Your letter of the 4th inst; gave us an account of the failures of Captain Billopp to observe his instructions while he commanded the LONDON.
After consideration we have thought fit to mulct him one months double Pay for his failures, and direct you to mulct him accordingly, the same to be saved for the King. Also HM to be made a saver for any Men which he has borne longer in Wages or victuals than they ought to have been, and then the remainder of his Wages are to be paid to him, if you have no other objections.
