We direct you upon the arrival of the CHATHAM at Chatham to cause her to be sheathed and fitted there for a voyage to the West Indies, and victualled for eight months for her middle complement of Men, to which her present number is to be reduced, and what Men she has above that complement are to be turned over into the RUBY Prize at the Nore.
