In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
To the respective Commanders of all his Majesties Ships or Vessels:-
You are hereby required and directed to transmit to the Office of the Registry on Tower Hill, Accounts from time to time of the Entries and Discharges of the Registered Men on board the Ship you Command, according to the form on the other side hereof, taking notice that if you do not produce Certificates from the Principal Officers of the Registry that you have so done, you will not be paid the Wages due to you.
