An Establishment of the Annual Payment and allowances to be made upon the Quarter books of the Head Office for Registering of Seamen at Dover for the Cinque Ports and their Towns and Members according to the Act of Parliament made in the 7th and 8th years of the reign of His Majesty King William the Third from the first day of January 1696 to be paid out of the Charge of the Navy.
