In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Enclosing a copy of the Orders given to various Vice Admirals for procuring Men for the coming Summer's operations and requiring money to be made available to Clerks of the Check and Muster Masters for the above purpose. The names of those who are to receive money are listed on the reverse. If they lack funds they are to draw Bills. The ship building at Hassell near Hull is to receive recruited Men. On the reverse the names of ten Muster Masters are given together with the ports at which they operate.
