Enclosure: Copy (according to Item 19 above) of Instructions from the Admiralty covering the payments to be made to persons involved in pressing Men for the Navy, the manner in which receipts for Men received should be issued, the age limits between which Men may be recruited, the port to which the Men are to be delivered; and the Officials to whom Muster Masters and others should apply should assistance be found necessary.
