The Navy Board is to inform the Admiralty where the NORWICH which is currently in the DOWNS and bound for the West Indies can most speedily be sheathed. Captain Watkins, who is very soon to be tried by Court Martial for his behaviour in the SEAFORD, has reported that Morgan Jones, his principal evidence, is about to depart as Master of a Merchant ship for Newfoundland. An Order is given for Jones to be located and apprehended
