In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Provided the FORESIGHT is found fit on arrival at Plymouth, she is to be sheathed and fitted for a voyage to the West Indies with a middle complement of Men and victualled for eight months. Surplus Men are to be turned over to any ship at Plymouth in the greatest need. In the event that she is found unfit to proceed to the West Indies the Admiralty is to be informed.
