In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Lieutenant Richman has reported that due to heavy weather the ship he commanded in pressing Men for the ROYAL KATHERINE is unfit to continue in service - he and his Men are now ashore in Great Yarmouth with part of his ship's provisions and all of the arms and ammunition belonging to the Crown. Orders are given for another vessel to perform the same service in place of Richman and his crew.
