In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
A reminder that the eight Third Rates mentioned in recent Orders are to be reduced to Fourths. Where existing Crews are less than those allowed for the new sixty gun ships they are to remain; but if they exceed the number allowed they are to be reduced.
