In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Enclosing an extract of a letter from the Captain of the DOVER Prize at Liverpool complaining of a lack of Provisions; and requiring the Commissioners for Victualling to be informed without delay. The Captain of the PENZANCE, one of the ships attending on the Lords Justices of Ireland is complaining that the Master aboard his ship is insubordinate. Orders are given for the Master to be replaced.
