In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Acknowledging and agreeing with the Navy Board's letter in which they advise that the new Fourth Rate building at Hull will be ready to launch on the first Spring tide in March. It is to have the same number of Men and carry the same armaments as the PEMBROKE and is to be called the KINGSTON.
