In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Enclosure: Extract of a letter from Seth Jermy of the LION in which he relates that he encountered a man with the name of George Capell who produced the enclosed Protection from the Navy Board and found that only four Men were protected as well as the Master of the Hoy. He has therefore detained Capell despite his being mentioned on the reverse. Guidance requested.
