Letters from Captain Montague E. Browning, 1909.
Three letters discussing battle fleet tactics, sent by Captain Montague E. Browning, Chief of Staff to Admiral Lord Charles W.D. Beresford, from the battleship HMS KING EDWARD VII (1903) and Bramfield House, Hertford, dated 5 January, 14 January and 23 March 1909 (with two envelopes). Also a printed paper on the cruising order for a large battle fleet by Browning, dated 13 March 1909, and a small sheet of notes made by Noel.
