The Commander-in-Chief at the Nore is to be ordered to turn over Master's Mates, Midshipmen, and Quarter Men of the MONTAGUE (MOUNTAGUE) to the ROYAL KATHERINE, from where they may be put aboard such ships as shall require them. They are to be paid aboard the ROYAL KATHERINE.
