A Treasury Bill is to be signed for paying the sum of fifty pounds to Thomas Neale, Master of the Mint, who is to provide a medal and chain to be given to William Williams, Master of a Whitsand Bay fishing boat, as a reward for his having retaken several merchant vessels from the enemy. The Bill is to be paid from a fund established by Act of Parliament for providing medals and other rewards to Officers, Mariners and Seamen.
