A Treasury Bill is to be signed for paying the sum of fifty pounds to Thomas Neale, Master of the Mint, who is to provide a medal and chain to be given to William Thompson of Poole, as a reward for his having taken a French Privateer with his hoy, crewed by himself, two men and a boy. The Bill is to be paid from a fund established by Act of Parliament for providing medals and other rewards to Officers, Mariners and Seamen.
